“The Best Student Housing Tampa Has to Offer…”
College Town @ USF is an amazing place to live for students attending USF. Our move-in process was extremely organized and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They stopped to help us find our way and assured us they are always there if we need anything. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. They have great amenities like basketball court, volleyball court, and pool. However, the best part of College Town is the cleanliness of its buildings and abundance of parking. Trash is collected daily and, unlike previous apartment complexes, there wasn’t any trash to be found in the dumpster, outside of apartment doors, etc. Very clean with staff that goes out of their way to make your children feel safe and welcome! Thank you so very much and we look forward to a great year!"

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it! The staffs are very responsible and warm-hearted. A few days ago, I reported an issue with gym equipment. They fixed it in one hour and informed me it was ready to use. Mr. Magana is also super meticulous when he does hygiene. He always keeps the common areas clean and tidy. Nowadays, there’s a lot of updating of our amenities, such as the pool and the clubhouse. I feel so proud and lucky to be a resident of College Town @ USF."

Val is very friendly but at the same time very professional. Representation of the property made us feel welcome and as we are already at home. What a beautiful property. Two spa like pools, amazing gym, doggy park, study area … You name it. Very nice apartments with lots of upgrades. Those huge walking closets in the rooms “B” are like another living space. Cute little balconies for some coffee/tea time. Bull Runner shuttle stop is in front of the property. Overall, after Val’s representation of this property, we found the perfect match. Thumb up👍"
