The complex has had prompt communication with me throughout which is super helpful. The gym is where I frequent; the range of machines is more than I've seen at other complexes. Love it here <3"

I’ve lived here for 2 years and in tampa for 6 and it’s my favorite place I’ve lived. The office staff are friendly AND competent, the gates are always closed and functional (so it’s safe), they take care of the grounds, they enforce the rules, and maintenance responds super fast. Jose is the absolute best maintenance member- he always goes above and beyond. The gym is really nice too. Since there’s 2 pools, they usually aren’t crowded or loud so that’s great. Overall, every place has its pros and cons but this is the best choice for students- plus it’s a good price."

College Town has been a wonderful experience when I lived there. The staff and general management has always been helpful and patient with any requests I had. Not to mention they’ve been working hard for the other residents. The housing has always been maintained and cleaned, the community pool is a blast to be in. Overall, if I ever needed a place to stay again I would pick College Town!"
